Is a Bulletproof Self-Defense Class a one-time class or a series of classes? Each Bulletproof Self-Defense Class is designed to be a one-time, comprehensive personal safety and self-defense class.  Students will learn about personal safety, situational awareness, and self-defense techniques they can practice at home.  

 
How long does a Bulletproof Self-Defense Class last?
Classes run 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the number of students.  
 
Where are Bulletproof Self-Defense Classes held?
We have facilities in Westfield, Noblesville, Fishers, Carmel and Zionsville.  Classes can also be held in private homes, churches, and schools.   
How much does it cost to attend a Bulletproof Self-Defense class?
Our one-time class costs $40 per person, although discounts are available for larger groups, teams and organizations.  
 
What is the appropriate age for a Bulletproof Self-Defense class?
High-school aged women and older are welcome to attend our standard Bulletproof Self-Defense class.  For younger women who want to learn self-defense, we’ve designed the Bulletproof Mother/Daughter Juniors class, which is appropriate for girls in 5th to 8th grade.

Do I need any special martial arts, fitness, or self-defense training in order to become a Bulletproof instructor?
No.  We’ll teach you everything you need to know and provide you with the tools to make your Bulletproof classes wildly successful.
